No monetary incentives
Netquest panelists are offered gifts for every survey in which they participate. The size of the incentive is related to the length of the survey and rewarded in ?shell-points? exchangeable for a wide variety of gifts on the panelist portal.
Managed survey participation
We track and control survey participation levels. An average panelist completes between 4 and 9 studies per year, maximum two surveys per month.
Fraud prevention
As respondents? actions and response durations are recorded, Netquest can detect and remove panelists who indicate no true participation.
Nevertheless, the best way to eliminate cheaters and professional survey takers is to not attract them in the first place. This is another benefit of our recruitment system
Customized communication
Montse Salgado, a member of the Netquest Panel Team, communicates with panelists each day, personally answering more than 200 requests per week via email and telephone
