Our panels are managed following these procedures:

Engagement: direct incentives

Netquest panelists are offered gifts for every survey in which they participate. The amount of incentive offered is linked to the length of the survey and rewarded in the form of 'shell-points. These can be redeemed for items from our gift catalogue available on the panelist portal nicequest.com.

Panel quality controls

We track and control survey participation levels. An average panelist completes between 4 and 9 studies per year, a maximum of two surveys per month.

Fraud prevention

As respondents' actions and survey lengths are recorded, Netquest can identify and remove panelists who demonstrate suspicious participation.

Nevertheless, the best way to prevent cheaters and professional survey takers is by not calling their attention in the first place. This is another benefit of our active recruitment system.

Personalised communication

A member of every Country Panel Team is responsible for the communication with panelists on a daily basis. This person answers more than 200 requests per week via email and telephone.

Guaranteed Sample: No "best efforts"

Netquest complies with Esomar 26 questions for Sample Providers and does not sell projects on a “best efforts” basis. Every sample quoted is guaranteed,
below the estimated by the client. In this case Netquest will offer the possibility to
continue the project with other partners, assuring the achievemen of the whole sample.
