Active Recruitment : "By invitation only"

Our panels are created by using an active recruitment approach ( invitation only) to ensure representative sampling and reliable information.

Multisource recruitment

We sign agreements with a wide range of website and online community partners with qualified databases of registered users. This broad mix of sample sources is the key to profile diversification and higher representativity.

Non-professional panelists

Users receive a personal invitation by email to participate in an online survey related to the website services or members' specific interests.

Representative Samples

According to the sociodemographic answers and other screening criteria provided in this survey, only those who meet Netquest profiling needs are invited to join the panel. In other words, Netquest selects those profiles that best represent market reserach demands.

No professional survey takers

Once the pre-selection process takes place, qualified candidates are inivted to become a member of our panel, minimizing the self-selection effect. At this point, Netquest offers a direct incentive (no sweepstakes) of high-perceived value as part of the registration process in order to achieve higher conversion rates. Recruitment is the key to future representativity.

Self-registration not allowed

Only those invited to become members are allowed to join our panels. There is no chance to register in any of our panels from any of our websites (try ityourself: www.nicequest.com) We don't use passive recruitment methods such as: banner ads, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc. Closed panels avoid profesional panelists improving response rates and data quality.
